Project Inception Sequence of Events


Step 1: Project Discussion

We will respond to your request for information within one business day to schedule a phone call or virtual meeting to discuss your organization's needs. You can reach us on our Home page or by emailing mbuttice@hrengagementanalytics.com. 


Step 2: Quote

We will take the information from our discussion and email you a quote that includes detailed information on what outcomes you can expect. Any changes to the project's scope after it has begun, as initiated by the client, can change the overall cost. Depending on the service request, projects will be quoted at an hourly rate or as a fixed-fee project.  


Step 3: Project Begins

Once you have approved the quote in writing via a letter of engagement, your project will begin and be completed within the timeline set in our initial discussion. Any changes to the scope of the project after it has begun, as initiated by the client, can result in a change to the project's overall timeline.
